Modern Muskoka Scheme
An asymmetrical front-hall bench provides a hint of what’s to come: a Muskoka home that quietly subverts expectations while honouring its iconic lakeside setting. The soft, repeating palette and custom furnishings have their roots in a careful collaboration between designer and visionary architect. Each piece is specific to the space: the roundness of the kitchen table offsets the room’s straight lines, subtle movement in the living room carpet speaks to the natural landscape, while thoughtfully appointed lounge areas encourage everyone to linger.
